Established in 2007

Founded by our father, daughter, son team. Bob Shank started in the industry in 1992 with Androcles, then went on to start Roundstone in 2007 along with his children Sarah and Bobby. Bob Shank went on to retire in 2019 and can now be found on the golf course most days.

Bobby Shank
Owner

Graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance. He has over 15 years of experience in the background screening industry, including serving as a Co-chair of the PBSA Provider Advisory Group, Chair of the PBSA US Council Leadership, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors. When he's done "Leaving No Stone Unturned", he can be found surfing or tinkering in the garage. ​

Sarah Doggett
Owner

Received her bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Florida in 2004 (Go Gators!), she enjoys pilates, going to church, and spending time with her family. She has been our Director of Sales since our founding in 2007 and a proud member of PBSA.
